Client Portfolio

This project was completed as a final project for exercise physiology. It shows my ability to properly complete basic exercise tests and analyze the results. After analyzing my client's results, I prescribed an exercise program for the individual to improve overall health and wellness. 

Diet Analysis &
Client Nutrition Plan

This project is a great example of my ability to breakdown a client's current diet and food choices to give feedback and put together a sustainable nutrition plan to target their goals and achieve wellness. I was able to use Basal Energy Expenditure, Basal Metabolic Rate, Body Mass Index and Daily Recommended Intake to provide a very accurate proportion of caloric intake alongside macronutrient distribution.

Strength & Conditioning Program Design

This work is a 10 month strength and conditioning program designed for a collegiate lacrosse athlete. The program is designed for the athlete to work through phases to build strength related to the specific sport.  It demonstrates my knowledge of strength and conditioning movements. It also showcases my ability to produce an organized, well rounded program for clients to follow. 

Psychological Effects of Sports on an Athlete's Mental Health

This paper was a part of the Research Symposium of Spring 2022. I was fortunate to be able to work with some of the Men's Wrestling Athletes to put together a well thought out paper about the psychological effects that sports have on an athlete's mental health. This was a great relative topic for many of the crowd members to be able to engage with our project and learn from.

"Eat to Live"

Diet Analysis

This project was a clear review of the "Eat to Live" diet by Joel Fuhrman. I was able to read the book by Dr. Fuhrman and give a presentation on the reasons and benefits of this diet. The diet entails nutrient density, whole foods and portion control methods to implement weight loss and health benefits.
